Thank you for choosing Personalizee for your special celebration! We take great pride in crafting quality, personalized apparel that your family will love. To ensure your order arrives on time, please review our shipping guidelines below.

 

Processing Times Unlike "off-the-shelf" stores, our items are made-to-order. Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. This gives us the time needed to hand-trim your tutus and perfect your custom shirt designs.

 

Shipping Options & Estimates We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-5 business days after processing. Once the order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update on the USPS' website.

 

Missing or Delayed Packages While we do our best to get your order out the door quickly, once it is with the carrier, we are at the mercy of their delivery schedules. If your tracking information shows a delay or your package hasn't arrived by the expected date, please reach out to us so we can help you look into it.
