Returns & Refunds

At Personalizee, we want you and your little ones to be absolutely thrilled with your new outfits! We know that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, and we’re here to help make it right.

Our 15-Day Return Window 

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

A Note on Personalized Items 

Because our custom shirts and personalized tutu sets are made specifically for your child, we generally cannot accept returns on these items unless there is a mistake on our end or the item arrives damaged. Please double-check the spelling and size charts before placing your order to ensure everything is "spot on"!

Exchanges 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time, however we are here to help you in any way so that you love your order.

How Refunds Work 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to show up in your account once it has been processed.

  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to post the funds to your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If Zee the Zebra accidentally sent the wrong item or if your order arrived damaged, please let us know immediately! Send us a quick photo of the issue through our Contact Us page, and we’ll prioritize getting a replacement sent out to you.
