Q: How do I personalize my item?

A: In the product page, there is a section where you can enter the text you want us to write on the item you're purchasing.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer free USPS first class shipping on all our items.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 1-5 days from the date of purchase for personalized shirts and tutu outfits.

We ship Mon-Friday  9am-5pm CST. Orders received after the 2pm cut off, adds one day to the delivery estimate.

Q: How long does it take to receive?

A: Items arrive within 1-5 days after it is shipped with USPS.

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: USPS First Class Mail with Tracking number

Q: What is your Returns and Refunds policies?

A: Because our personalized shirts,  and custom tutu outfits are made specifically for your little one with their unique name, age, or colors, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship within The United States at this time.
